I'm really sensitive to caffeine. So the fact that Clinislim is caffeine free is really nice. They don't sneak anything in, and it actually helps you to lose weight.

I've always struggled to some degree with my weight, at least ever since I hit college. Before using Clinislim, I changed my lifestyle, and results are always slow with diet and exercise alone. So I added Clinislim, and for me it made a substantial difference.

Clinislim varies in its effectiveness, just as I would assume anything would. I've seen people who lost about 15 pounds in their first month and then those who lost a substantial amount more. Part of it depends on how much work you are willing to put into it. You have to diet and exercise just like with anything else, there's no magic pill. But if you follow even a modest diet and exercise plan, it will definitely help to improve your results.

I wasn't expecting much, because most diet pills don't do anything. I was just hoping for a slight difference, maybe a few extra pounds a month. Clinislim went beyond any of my expectations, and it's really helped.

I assume that Clinislim can help you to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. Still, losing an average of 5 pounds per week is still impressive and more than good enough for me.
